QUINOA...THE SUPER FOOD...

How to use quinoa in our daily diet... As i love cooking..i decided to experiment with quinoa and discovered a yummy recepie which my 2 yr old managed to eat happily which doesnt happen every time... Quinoa pulao... 1 carrot small 1 onion small 1 zuchini small 1 tomatoe Chop all the vegetables..put two teaspoons of butter or ghee.as this recepie is for kids replace with olive oil if you are making it for yourself..put jeera,turmeric,red chilli powder,asofoeteda.Add the veges,fry till tender..add 2 glasses of water,salt to taste,when it comes to boil add half glass of washed quinoa .. It usually takes 15mins to properly cook quinoa grains.. Coriander n lemon for garnishing!! This is a quick recepie.. Serve hot..Enjoy!
